Big enterprise tech left the door closed. We built a new one.
Large enterprise ERP platforms dominate digital transformation spending — with large organizations capturing over 57% in 2024. SMEs, despite forming the backbone of the global economy, are consistently underserved.
SMEs are critical to GDP and employment worldwide, yet the majority struggle to adopt digital tools due to cost, complexity, and software that simply wasn’t built for them.
Even digitized SMEs face a second wall — they have data but lack tools to make it useful, leaving decision-making fragmented and manual.

Vaultera Labs was founded by Jeho Ram Subedi with a vision to empower SMBs through accessible digital innovation. The initiative began with a focus on creating practical technology solutions that simplify operations for growing businesses.
During his time at Asia Pacific College, Jeho led collaborative technology initiatives and student-driven projects. These experiences helped build the early foundation for developing digital solutions with a growing team.
Strategic partnerships with Michael Vinz, Marc Angelo, and Sam Mathew helped evolve early student-led initiatives into structured projects. This collaboration enabled the development of practical digital solutions for real-world organizations.
Vaultera Labs continues progressing toward its formal registration and long-term establishment. The company remains focused on building scalable technologies that help SMBs streamline operations and grow sustainably.
