By accessing or using the Vaultera Labs platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service. These terms govern your use of our SaaS product and any related services we provide.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Service. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts found to be in violation of this requirement.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or suspected breach of security.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

•        Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.

•        Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its systems.

•        Introduce malicious code, viruses, or disruptive content.

•        Scrape, reproduce, or redistribute any content from the platform without our written consent.

•        Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Vaultera Labs platform — including software, designs, text, and graphics — are owned by or licensed to Vaultera Labs and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our explicit written permission.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous availability of our platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, Vaultera Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
